Birthday Parties at the studio, your home or a mutually agreed upon location

A birthday party at the Studio is 90 minutes and includes 60 minutes of yoga/mindfulness activities for up to 10 attendees. It may consist of yoga, literacy, arts and crafts, games/parachute, mindfulness activities, and more that is customized to the child’s interests! You also have use of the studio for 30 minutes after the activities for having cake/pizza/etc (you provide). The exchange for a base birthday party is $225. There is an additional cost of $20 per attendee over the 10 included, up to 16. The birthday child’s parent(s) may attend the entire party at no additional cost, otherwise the parties are drop-off due to space.
Additional 30 minute blocks can be arranged, in advance only, at $50 each block.
A themed birthday party can be selected from the partial list below (or we can create a custom one together based on your child’s interest) and is the $225 base birthday party price (plus the cost of any additional attendees and/or added time) plus an additional $10 each for attendees for theme planning and supplies. All themes include some yoga movement as part of the party.
-Art: glitter meditation jars, small canvas art, or mandalas
-Animals: farm, wild, safari…we love all animals! We’ll do some animal themed yoga, games, and a craft/story
-Dinosaur: We’ll roar and stomp and have some good old dinosaur fun with yoga, games, and a craft/story
-Doll/Stuffed Friends: guests bring a special “friend” to the party with them to do some yoga together. A doll-sized yoga
mat included
-Sports: combining your child’s favorite sport and yoga is double the fun!
-GloGA: turn off the lights and watch us glow! Glow sticks and other glow in the dark yoga fun included
-Ooey Gooey Slime: guests will make their own slime or play dough and have lots of silly fun!
-PJ Party: this is great for late parties/sleepovers so the children can wind down with some yoga, mindful
calming activities, and a nice relaxing Yoga Nidra session
-Spa: let’s get our fingernails painted and make some magic mist or eye masks so we can continue to relax at home
-Pirate: let’s rock the “ship”, balance some “parrots" in our poses, and we may even end up walking the plank (mat)!
-Unicorn: we’ll do lots of fun unicorn yoga poses, games and a craft

Party Add-ons, additional cost is per attendee, plus $50 for an extra 30 minute party time block to do the add-on activity:
Yoga mats: Each child can decorate and bring home their very own yoga mat - $15 each
Glitter Meditation Jar: A small sparkling container for each child to make and bring home to practice mindfulness - $8 each
Spa additions: fingernails painted, eye masks, or essential oil necklace - $8 each
Mala bead jewelry craft - $10 each

Each yoga party is 90 minutes long. Additional time can be arranged at $50 per 30 minutes.
I will provide my yoga mats and props needed for us to use for the party duration.
Food, party decorations, favor bags, and other party items are not included unless otherwise arranged in writing a week before the party with pricing varied depending on what’s needed. If you want an inclusive party, such as us putting together the decorations/goody bags, etc, let me know and we can plan something!
There is studio access to a small refrigerator/freezer, if needed, for cake/ice cream.
There is a $60 non-refundable deposit to hold a birthday party date and time.
The number of guests attending and any add-ons requested is required 7 days before the party.
